This Privacy Policy explains how Goldspire Atlas handles information. Goldspire Atlas is designed as an offline-first architectural knowledge base for creating tower cards, daily reflections, glossary entries, and personal design references.
Summary
Goldspire Atlas does not collect, store, sell, rent, or share your personal information. The app does not require an account, does not use cloud sync, does not include advertising, and does not track you.
Your tower cards, daily chronicle entries, glossary terms, images, preferences, and settings stay on your device unless you choose to share or export something using iOS system features.

We do not collect personal information from users of Goldspire Atlas.
The app does not collect:

- Email address

- Location
- Contacts
- Payment information
- Usage analytics
- Advertising identifiers
- Device identifiers for tracking
- App activity for tracking
Local App Data
Goldspire Atlas lets you create and store content locally on your device, including:
- Tower cards
- Architectural categories and summaries
- Symbolic interpretations
- Forms, materials, mood tags, and colors
- Daily chronicle entries
- Glossary terms, definitions, icons, examples, and related terms
- App preferences and settings
- Optional images you choose to add
This information is stored locally on your device. We do not receive, access, or upload this information.
Photos and Images
Goldspire Atlas may allow you to choose images from your photo library to attach to tower cards. These images are used only for the purpose of displaying them inside the app and are stored locally on your device.
Goldspire Atlas does not upload your images to our servers and does not share them with third parties.
Notifications
Goldspire Atlas may offer optional daily notification reminders for creative reflection. Notifications are handled locally through iOS. We do not collect notification-related personal information.
You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or in your device settings.
Third-Party Services
Goldspire Atlas does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking tools, or cloud storage services.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information because we do not collect it.
If you choose to share or export content using iOS system features, that action is controlled by you and by the services or apps you choose to use.
Data Deletion
Because Goldspire Atlas stores app content locally on your device, you can delete your data by:
- Using the app's settings to clear local data, if available
- Deleting individual entries inside the app
- Deleting the app from your device
Children's Privacy
Goldspire Atlas does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
